We're looking for someone who's built things end-to-end and isn't precious about titles. You'll own the entire technical foundation alongside the founder — backend, mobile, infra, the works. This is a zero-to-one role. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, opinionated about architecture, and genuinely excited about solving logistics problems in India. Compensation includes a meaningful equity stake.
Riipr runs on the ground — which means someone has to own the ground. This role is about finding, onboarding, and retaining skilled gig workers in Bangalore, figuring out what actually makes them stay, and building the operational playbook from scratch. No prior startup experience needed. You need to be scrappy, fluent in Kannada or Hindi, and comfortable spending most of your time in the field, not at a desk. Compensation includes a meaningful equity stake.
